For maximum efficiency, clean cartridges each week to keep a happy and healthy spa.
Cloudy water can be caused by chlorine, pH or alkalinity levels not being correct so check these.
Also check the filters to make sure that they are clean and change if necessary.
To rectify the issue you can use a non-chlorine shock treatment or if this fails empty and clean the spa thoroughly before refilling.
The E90 code is for no water flow so turn off and unplug the control unit then check to make sure the outlet grid is clean and free from obstructions also the inlet/outlet hoses are not blocked.
Switch the control unit back on, unscrew the cartridge housing from the inside of the tub and remove this then turn the unit on to filter, leave for an hour or two and if the E90 code doesn’t occur then the issue is with the filter cartridge.
If the E90 code does occur within this time, then please contact us.
