Unwanted return
Sometimes we change our minds, so if you’ve decided a product isn’t for you and you’d like to return it then that’s ok, but please ensure you contact us within 14 days of your intent to do so.
Please go to the enquiry form to raise a return and the PureSpa™ customer care team will be in touch to explain how to return your product.
You will be given a Returns Number which MUST be quoted on your return parcel and returned within 14 days of notifying us. Then as long your item is unused and in its original condition, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days of us receiving your return.
Please note:
- If an item is damaged or is not in its original condition, then a refund will not be able to be processed and this may be sent back to you (and you’ll have to cover delivery costs)
- All returned items are inspected by our customer care team
- You are responsible for the cost and arrangements of shipping the product(s) back to us
- Refunds for returned items will be applied to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 5 – 10 working days of the return reaching us
- Please be aware that refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account
- We highly recommend you use trackable shipping and keep hold of your proof of postage, in case we need to refer to this
- If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will not accept any responsibility for this
- We do not accept returns for unwanted items after 14 days
Faulty Return
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product please go to the enquiry form to let us know and the PureSpa™ customer care team will be in touch to rectify the situation. If your product is defective, damaged or your order is incorrect, we will arrange collection of the goods from you.
