Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will usually be within 5-7 working days and a signature will be required . Working days are Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are excluded).  Please note that our last day for despatching items before Christmas is Monday 22nd December.  Any orders received after 22nd December will be despatched on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

Please note that when chemicals or accessories are purchased together with a PureSpa™, they will be sent out separately

The INTEX PureSpa™ will require 2 people to handle and move the item so please make sure that there are enough people on site for delivery.  Should you have any special requirements please contact us before placing your order.

• PureSpa™ Bubble Massage or Greywood Deluxe will be sent out via DPD.
• Accessories will be sent out via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked
• Chemicals will be sent out via Parcelforce
