How do I tighten the air valve on the tub?

Check the spa tub air valve before use to make sure there isn’t any air leakage. If the air is leaking or the valve is loose, use the wrench to tighten the air valve as follows:

1. Make sure the spa tub is deflated, open the air valve cap and insert the wrench into the valve body
2. With one hand, hold the back of the air valve base from the inside of the spa tub wall and turn the wrench clockwise.

IMPORTANT: Never adjust the air valve base when the spa is in use or filled with water. Only use the air valve wrench if the air valve is loose or there is air leaking from around the valve base. Do not over tighten the air valve as this can damage the valve.

Is the control panel powered separately with batteries?

Batteries are not required for the control panel, depending on the model of PureSpa you have, the panel will either plug into the control base or will charge when sitting on top of the base.

Should my PureSpa™ be set up indoors or outdoors?

The spa can be installed indoors or outdoors. You need to make sure the area is water resistant, level, flat and free of any sharp objects either under or around the spa. A properly located electrical socket is required as extension leads should not be used. Make sure that there is enough clearance around the spa for full access to the spa equipment for maintenance.

If the PureSpa™ is being installed indoors, please make sure the floor can support the full weight of the spa filled with water plus the maximum number of occupants. Only install the spa on the ground floor, never above a finished living space due to the possibility of water and humidity damage. The room should be properly ventilated to allow moisture to escape, install a ventilating system to prevent excess condensation or moisture in the room. Do not install the spa on carpet or other materials that will be damaged by moisture and condensation.
